If you are any of these people, the most important thing you could ever hear or gain knowledge in is: Who is God and Who am I?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n To understand Christianity, you must have a knowledge of God because, without Him, there is no faith, no hope, no salvation, and no you. To know Him is to understand what to believe and whom to follow. To know Him is to understand the world and the events that have happened in it and that will happen. Before learning anything else it is important to know who HE is. <\/p>\n\n\n\n God created us. We were then tainted by sin. Our lives are no longer perfection, but instead confusion, hardship, and pain. <\/p>\n\n\n\n We don’t just have good emotions, we now have toxic ones too. We are not just God-focused but self-focused and narcissistic. Our personality has good traits and bad traits. <\/p>\n\n\n\n But do you know who you are? Do you know your strengths and weaknesses? Do you know your shortcomings and vices? Do you know what you need and what you desire? <\/p>\n\n\n\n If you are a Christian, the Holy Spirit and your sinful flesh are constantly fighting for power and dominance in your life. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Who you allow in power will control your emotions, reactions, choices, relationships, and personality traits. You might not be consciously aware of it, but your flesh is always trying to interfere with your spirit-led walk. <\/p>\n\n\n\n We must understand ourselves to combat that. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n So, if you have never been to church or have never heard of the one, true God, start by knowing Him. <\/p>\n\n\n\n If you are searching for something to fill a void, look to God and learn about the person you are. He is what you are searching for and the need for salvation is what you crave. <\/p>\n\n\n\n If you are a new Christian and don’t know much about your faith. Read and learn about Him. Understand the new creation you have become and what you have to do to become like Christ your Savior. <\/p>\n\n\n\n If you are a mature Christian, trying to navigate life’s difficulties, look to Him.
