My Declaration Before God<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

“And I said, ‘What shall I do, Lord?\u2019 And the Lord said to me, \u2018Get up and go on into Damascus, and there you will be told of all that has been appointed for you to do.\u2019 <\/p>\nActs 22:10<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Just as Paul wrote these words many years ago, they ring true in my heart today. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now obviously, God did not call me into Damascus, nor was I given the mission that He gave to Paul. I have always felt like God wanted me to reach the world, but I didn’t know how. I never knew where to start or how to do it correctly, nor have I felt it was God’s timing. So I put my calling aside. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through great encouragement from my husband, I started this blog. I don’t know if this is what God wants me to do forever. But I do believe God has led me here so that it will take me down the road He wants me to follow. It is my road to Damascus. My start and direction for His mission in my life. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

God has given me the command to tell the world about His saving grace and I have embraced the call. I am sharing my life as a willing vessel, one full of honesty and truth. One that feels inadequate but will do all they can for His honor and blessing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Now therefore, go, and I will be with your mouth and teach you what you shall say.\u201d Exodus 4:12<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I may grow tired but I will not quit. I may need rest, but I will always return when refreshed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My Life I give to you, O Lord,\nUse Me, I pray.\nMay I glorify your precious name\nIn all I do and say.\nLet me trust You in the valley dark\nAs well as in the light,\nKnowing You will always lead me;\nYour will is always right.\n\nAnd when some day in heav'n above\nI see His dear face,\nMay I then be counted faithful as a\nrunner in this race.\nBut now I'm trusting in the Savior\nTo show me the way.\nIn His righteousness He guides me,\nAs I seek to please Him day by day.\n\nI know God makes no mistakes.\n\nHe leads in ev'ry path I take\nAlong the way that's leading me to home.\nTho' at times my heart would break,\nThere's a purpose in ev'ry change\nHe makes;\nThat others would see my life and know\n\nThat God makes no mistakes.\n\nGod Makes No Mistakes written by the Wilds<\/em>\n<\/pre>\n\n\n
